Vault ("App", "Platform") is a community building platform where users may participate in structured Pools and earn rewards through community participation only.

Vault promotes transparency and community-driven participation. Vault does not offer investment products, guaranteed profits, or financial advice.

By accessing or using Vault, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

All account management, transaction processing, earnings calculation, and community participation logic are handled entirely on our backend systems via secure APIs. The App functions solely as an interface to access the Platform.

1. Purpose

Vault allows users to:

Participate in community-driven Pools
Earn rewards based solely on community participation
Request Cashouts of eligible earnings

Vault is not a passive income or investment service. No profits or earnings are guaranteed.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vault.
Vault accounts are created automatically and credentials are sent to your email.
You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

3. Pools Structure

Pool 1:

1-level structure where only your direct personal referrals are placed.
You earn bonuses when your personal referrals join Pool 1.

Pools 2–15:

3x2 global matrix structure with automated placements.
Users are auto-placed into available matrix positions system-wide.
Bonuses depend entirely on system placement and community activity.
Vault does not guarantee matrix fills or earnings.

4. Top Up and Cashout

Top Up: Funding your platform balance to participate in Pool entries.
Cashout: Requesting eligible earnings to be sent to your external USDT wallet.

All Top Ups and Cashouts are processed through backend systems and may be subject to delays or technical limitations.
Vault does not guarantee instant processing or uninterrupted availability of Cashout.

5. Bonuses and Earnings

All bonuses are from community participation — there are no guaranteed returns.
Bonuses depend on actual team and community activity.
Vault may modify bonus structures or system logic at any time.

6. IP and Location Data Collection

Vault collects your IP and location at each login to:

Display login history to you
Detect suspicious login activity

7. User Conduct

You must not:

Create multiple or fake accounts
Attempt to manipulate placements or earnings
Use bots or automation tools
Post misleading, offensive, or harmful content
Violate applicable laws while using Vault

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Vault is not a financial institution or investment platform.
All earnings are a result of community participation only.
There are no guarantees of returns, profits, or earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vault is not responsible for:

Incorrect USDT address submissions
Delays due to blockchain networks or system updates
Regulatory changes impacting app operations
Loss of access due to compromised user email accounts

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
